My room was amazing and modern, featuring a big shower, bathtub, and a roomy bathroom. 🚿

The room was good sized with 2 double beds, spacious bathroom and bath, had a good night's sleep. Favourable and excellent location to attractions like a fresh food market, that was right next to the hotel:)))

The place was clean and ideal. It had pleasant and exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. - Absolutely fantastic rooms with 2 double beds, felt like home. - the location offered was marvelous and incredible, close enough to Nippombashi, in between Dotonbori and Denden Town, a stone's throw away from Namba, different subway stations and Namba Nankai line, and Shinsaibashi.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room layout was perfect, with comfortable beds and convenient USB plugs next to the bed. We especially loved the separate toilet room. The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from both the famous Kuromon Market and Dontonbori Alley. We can't wait to come back again! I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. the location is incredibly convenient. Being close to Nipponbashi station made it easy for me to explore the city and take day trips. Additionally, it's situated near the Namba Walk shopping area, so I was able to indulge in some retail therapy. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed, including comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great dinner at Matsusakagyu Yakiniku M, which was conveniently located just 400 meters away from where we were staying and it met our expectations as it was close to all the activities we wanted to do.

It was Thanksgiving and we had a decent stay. The hotel's location was perfect and convenient, as it was located in a lively neighborhood with many food, shopping, and convenience store options. The room was surprisingly spacious, enough for two big suitcases, with great amenities, including an electric kettle and a beautiful bathroom.

There were some negatives. There were no hooks in the shower area for the bath towels, and the tub was too slippery, which made it difficult to take a shower without slipping.

The hotel's location is superb and within walking distance to many popular attractions and stations. It sits in a quieter alley just off the main road, making it easy to escape the city noise but still close to the action. the facilities are great and the rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

There were a few service issues such as room cleanliness and staff professionalism. They didn't explain the daily room cleaning process properly, leading to a dirty room upon return.
